I needed help cleaning out my mom’s apartment at the last minute due to her relocating to NC. Rocket Junk removal did not hesitate to help and actually arrived early. The two gentlemen (one was named Ty) were AWESOME! They took care of everything and will be returning to finish cleaning out the last two rooms. It was a lot of junk to remove. They showed up same day, when they said they would. Construction waste, not enough for a dumpster but too much to just add to household garbage, was gone in maybe 10 to 15 minutes. Price was less than others I called. They were quite professional and since I had not used them before, explained to me what to expect and how their service works. Most importantly, I plan to hire them again next time I renovate a room at my house.

I had a small room off the basement that was filled with stuff, things I haven’t looked at or needed for decades. Time to go! Made an appt with Rocket online. There were convenient dates and times available so I set my time. I received a text or two to confirm and they called 20 mins before arrival. Everything was cleaned out quickly and no mess left behind. Would definitely use this company again.

I highly recommend this company- extremely professional in every way and fair priced. Ours was an especially challenging job requiring door removal and taking apart furniture. Ed and his assistant did the work efficiently and with a positive attitude. They needed to return for more and did so exactly as promised- calling ahead of time.

Ed and his team just finished up and did a fantastic job. As promised, they called 30 min out, they showed up in the promised window, they gave a quote before beginning, and they did a quick, professional job. Given that the price included the truck, labor, and all disposal fees, I thought it was a great deal. Plus, you can’t even put a price on seeing a 30-year old pile of junk finally leave! Great team that found ways to get more than a truck load on a single truck saving me from a second trip. The amount of weight these guys could lift was amazing. And when they saw me struggling with heavy packages of roofing shingles they came over and insisted on moving them for me. Just an all round great team of guys that did more than I contracted for. I am a realtor and had to remove my client’s furnitures and stuffs. Ed and his two crews came on time when they were supposed to. The price is very reasonable compared to their hard work. They load everything to their truck. Also, they broom-cleaned after their work. Ed and his crews are hard workers and enjoy to work with. The only thing I felt sad was to see all the furnitures and stuffs were heading to landfill site directly. I will recommend this company for my clients again.

The 2 gentlemen from Rocket were punctual, polite, neat, experienced, and fast. They filled one of their trucks in record time with an organized approach to emptying the house and garage. Due to the pandemic, we were unable to have the purchasing company put our new couch together. My husband is having a hip replacement so we were stuck! Rocket not only took away our old couch, but they also installed our new one, and did it in record time! Everyone was so nice and polite, they did an excellent job, and the price was very reasonable!
